Limited registration includes a welcome reception on Sunday, May 19, all workshop sessions, coffee breaks, and lunches on Monday, May 20 and Tuesday, May 21.

Full registration includes all of the above, plus one ticket for the banquet in the evening of Tuesday, May 21.

Optional banquet tickets are available until May 12.

Optional tour is on Sunday, May 19, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. To join the tour, you need to arrive at Banff on or before May 18. The tour has limited capacity and is subject to cancellation in the event of insufficient interest. To secure your spot, please sign up by April 30. There will be no refund after May 12.

The optional golf lesson is on Sunday, May 19, from 5-6 pm at Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Course.

Cancellation policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by Sunday, May 5, 2024. There will be an administrative fee of US$100 deducted from each refund. You can modify or cancel your registration using the "Already Registered?" link on the registration site.
